Job Description
The ABRITE Organization is currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for school-based positions. ABRITE is dedicated to providing all employees with a unique mentoring program and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Training and support to individualized behavior interventionists
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Develop, supervise, and monitor behavior intervention plans and other student specific protocols designed to meet IEP goals
- Develop, measure, and modify IEP goals with a concentrated focus on outlining behavioral, social-emotions, and functional replacement goals for students.
- Collaborate with ABRITE’s education and special service provider teams
- Maintain regular communication with external team members including school district administrators

Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- **At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with special education needs
- Experience training school staff and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
